For day tours, leaving your passport behind is not required. However, for trips to Albania, it is mandatory to carry your passport or EU ID. Please ensure you have the necessary identification with you to comply with the entry requirements.
Please note that the price does not include food and drinks, except for the Jeep Safari and additional tour to the ancient city of Butrint in Albania. For these specific tours, meals and beverages are included in the package. We want to ensure you have an enjoyable experience throughout your journey.
If you need to modify or change the dates of your existing booking, you can do so free of charge as long as it is more than 3 days prior to your confirmed travel date. We aim to provide flexibility and convenience for our customers.

In the unfortunate event of cancellation due to illness or accident, you will be eligible for a full refund. To process your refund, we kindly request a medical certificate from a local hospital or doctor. The certificate should include the traveler’s full name and the date of document creation. During the peak tourist season, we strongly recommend booking your trip several days in advance of your desired travel date. You have the option to present either an e-voucher or a printed copy. To ensure a smooth departure, please remember to provide the voucher to the bus driver at the designated meeting point or pick-up location before the tour begins.
